Depression and anxiety impact everyone at some point in their life.  It’s normal. I understand how anxiety and depression can show up in different ways - sometimes loud and overwhelming, other times quiet and invisible. 

I’ve supported clients through panic attacks, burnout, spirals, low mood, and emotional numbness. These emotions are different for everyone - and healing doesn’t happen in a straight line.

Whether you’re feeling lost, stuck, or just tired of pretending, I’ll meet you where you are - and walk with you toward where you want to be.

That’s completely normal. Many people worry about being judged or misunderstood. My role is to create a space where you can talk as much or as little as you feel comfortable - no pressure. You don’t have to share everything at once.
