I offer more than a place to vent or talk about feelings. It’s a working partnership built to help you move through anxiety, depression, recovery, or relationships. Whatever is bothering you.
My approach is holistic and collaborative. I focus on understanding your full picture - your challenges, your priorities, and what real change looks like for you.
I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness, to help you step back from the challenges and make more room for what matters. Most people already know the answers they’re looking for; it just gets buried under pressure, expectations, and a busy life.
Your goal is my goal. I’m on your team. Together we’ll build a flexible plan that’s practical, adaptable, and designed for real life.
Using CBT, we identify unhelpful thoughts and mental noise, challenging it with realistic thinking while developing practical tools for better emotional wellbeing.
You are not your problem. Using Narrative Therapy, we externalise and separate you from the problem, reshaping your story so it stops running your life.
Using mindfulness, we create a space between what you feel and how you react, so you’re not controlled by every thought or feeling.
ACT helps you stop arguing with yourself - our mind can be loud. We will work to define your values, and start acting in ways that move your life forward.

Choosing the right therapist matters. My approach is about giving you practical tools to move forward. This work can be challenging - it often means being willing to take action, change patterns, and do things differently. If you’re willing to do the work, and be comfortable being uncomfortable, we can focus on real progress.

What We Do
Practical, grounded therapy supporting men in building emotional resilience, strengthening relationships, exploring masculinity, managing stress, deepening intimacy, and navigating life transitions.
I come from a consumer insights and marketing background, which gives me a real world understanding of how modern life and technology impact mental health.
Over a 20‑year global career including roles in the USA, Europe, Japan, Australia, and Hong Kong; I’ve worked across cultures and systems, experience that directly informs my therapy work. This gives me a solid understanding of what people face on a daily basis. The pressures of modern "always on" work, the constant digital overload, and navigating complex relationships. All of this takes a toll. And keeping it all inside just increases stress, anxiety, and insecurity. I get it. I've been there.
The good news? We all have challenges, but it's manageable. It's normal. It's human. I built this practice to help people make sense of today's pressures and find a way forward that really works. Drop me a line and let's start the conversation.
If you're still unsure or just want to ask a question, please don't hesitate to reach out! The Mindora office is conveniently located in Central.
